Mighty Fit Is The Perfect Place To Start If...
Meet Andrea Lepcio
I know what it’s like to feel stiff, sluggish, and unsure of how to stay strong as you age.
In my late 50s, I was hunched over, under-exercised, and struggling with mobility. I knew I needed a change, but the fitness industry wasn’t designed for people like me—so I created Mighty Fit.
At 59, I became an ACE-certified personal trainer.
At 60, I trained in Tai Chi for mobility and balance.
At 61, I added TRX certification to strengthen my body.
At 62, I became a Yoga & Mat Pilates Instructor.
At 64, I earned a Nutrition & Healthy Living certification.
At 65, I became a Yoga Medicine Registered Therapeutic Specialist (RYT-500).
Now at 67, I feel stronger, more capable, and more energized than ever.
I’ve helped hundreds of people just like you move better, feel better, and regain confidence in their bodies.
I changed my life, and I know I can help you to change yours.
